Our return policy is 14 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if 14 days have passed since you received your delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. You can choose any shipping company, but for items over 50 euros, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
